Hi, I'm Roxana Acosta, a full-time day trader with
7+ years experience in the financial markets and founder
of Women in Finance.
I created WIF because too many women are trying to navigate trading and finances alone, overwhelmed by noise, indicators, and misinformation or don't know where to start.
My approach is rooted in technical analysis, efficient market hypothesis, market structure, discipline, psychology, and risk management - not gambling or guessing. Inside WIF, I teach women how to understand the market, manage emotion, and build confidence in their decision-making to minimize the learning curve by 2-3 years.
This isn't about overnight success. It's about learning a real skill and becoming consistent over time with support.

Vero has been part of Women in Finance for over 5 years and has developed into a disciplined and consistent trader. Through her journey, she has refined her structure, emotional control, and execution in the markets.
Today, she plays a key role in mentoring women inside the Women in Finance community, helping them simplify trading, build confidence, and stay consistent.
Beyond strategy, Vero is passionate about helping women develop the self-awareness and discipline required to perform at a high level. She guides them to identify the patterns, habits, and internal blocks that may be holding them back.
She offers small group and 1:1 sessions for those seeking hands-on guidance, deeper accountability, and real-time application.
